If your property proves easy to manage, or you've returned home after living abroad, and you find yourself no longer requiring ongoing management services - there's no reason to keep paying for them with us.
The same principle applies to our rental service - once we've successfully placed a tenant for you, there’s no need for ongoing annual charges.
